Refund policy
60-Night Money Back Promise
Use Blulash every day for up to 60 nights after your order arrives. If you are not happy with how your lashes look, email us at hello@blulash.com with your order number and we will refund the full product price to your original payment method.
- One refund per customer and household.
- You do not need to send opened tubes back unless we ask you to.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order until it ships. Write to us as soon as possible; orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
